Responsibilities:
Generate business leads through client relationships and networking opportunities.
Identify business opportunities through understanding client needs.
Partner with consultants to generate proposals.
Conduct pricing negotiations and close contracts.
Exceed client expectations in service excellence.
Continuously learn and develop in sales capabilities, product knowledge, and teamwork
Participate and support all marketing initiatives
Standards:
- College degree required. Background in sales, consulting, or knowledge of Human Resources is a plus
- Self-Motivated with the commitment and drive to achieve business goal;
- Works well under pressure in time sensitive situations and handling multiple projects
- Attention to detail and professional rigor in service delivery to clients
- Ability to well with people and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin
