Job Description :
工作说明：

1． Discussion with the customer for new project and technical issue, support the sales.
与客户讨论新的项目及技术问题,支持销售

2． Lead the quotation, DFM and project team
领导报价,DFM和项目小组

3． Review quotation and DFM to insure the price is reasonable and the mould concept is correct.
审核报价和DFM,确保报价的合理及模具概念的准确

4． Communicate with customer for some issues during the mould manufacturing and the project schedule.
与客户讨论生产过程中的技术问题及项目进度

5． Coordinate between each department to insure the mould finished on time
协调各个部门以确保模具准时完成

6． Manages Toolshop Capacity, Efficiency and capabilities including team management.
模具车间的产能，效率和团队管理

7． Ensures quality and cost budget of projects on target.
确保项目的质量和成本达到预期目标。

8． Support injection moulding department with good Tool Maintenance.
支持注塑部门以确保良好的模具维修保养

9． Cost Center Responsibility for Tooling & Engineering
模具和工程部成本的控制

10. Ensures and enhances the level of its department state of the art technologies applied and use of (CAD/

CAD-CAM, mold flow etc.)

Job Requirement :
工作要求：

1. College degree thorough knowledge and experience of field sales, communications and management skills,
大专以上学历,丰富的销售领域的工作经验,沟通能力和管理技巧;

2. Business management or Moulding with at least 8 years working experience, in which at least 5 years in administration experience.
业务发展或塑胶模具行业8年以上工作经验,5年以上管理经验.

3. Good sales operation knowledge, logical analysis are a must.
丰富的销售运营知识,逻辑分析能力

4. The incumbent should be self-oriented; teamwork spirited and has good organization skill. Management experience in leading and coaching people is a must Strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude, good teamwork capability

5. Very good English skill in listening, spoken, reading and writing
优秀的英语听说读写能力。
