1. To search reliable manufacturers for the Chemicals and Petrochemicals, as per our business requirements.

2. To develop relationship with the suppliers for procurement of the products.

3. To maintain the data bank of the supplier and constantly update on the market movements.

4. To maintain the records for the procurement and also capture the product price movement with markets.

5. Look for new opportunities for the Business development on continuous basis.

6. The data to be maintained in Proper format.

7. To negotiate with the supplier for the procurement of the product and plan for the shipment.

8. Co-ordinate with the suppliers for timely execution of the order and ensure timely shipment.

9. Co-ordinate with the logistics for the smooth shipment of the cargo.

10. Co-ordinate with logistics for the document copies and also the undertaking, if required for the switching of the BL.

11. All post buying follow-ups.
