职位要求：
1、2年以上CNC编程工作经验，能使用Master cam编程软件，熟悉基本数控代码的编程 ；
2、必须具有机械设置经验，并且能和机械师良好沟通；
3、有高速加工机床、塑料材质加工处理经验者优先；
4、有Fanuc 系统、socket制造经验者优先。

工作职责：
1、制定程序所需的图纸；
2、根据程序设计安装机器；
3、基本机械维护；
4、保存维护记录并且制定生产计划；
5、保持干净整洁的工作环境

Qualification
1.Diploma in Mechanical or Technical Education Min 2 yrs, with 2years exp.
2.Know the Programming using Master cam
3.Previous exp using high speed machining machines.
4.Previous exp. In handling with plastic materials.
5.Must know how to set up at the machines and communicate to the machinist.
6.Exp in the Fanuc Robo drill will be an added adv.
7.Knowledge about the test socket manufacturing will be an added adv.
8.Train the sub ordinates OJT.

Nature of Work
1.To program and setup the machine according to the drawing specifications.
2.Must know the basic NC codes for the programming.
3.Must able read drawings and projection methods
4.Plan the job according to the delivery.
5.Resolve all the issues and get the job done to the requirement of the drawing.
6.Co ordinate with QC for good quality product output.

1.To prepare programming’s for the required drawings
2.Setup machine according to the programs
3.Simple maintenance of the machines
4.Maintain records and Schedule the production
5.Maintain neat and clean work environment.
