Project Manager (Noon shift: 2.00 – 11.00 pm )
For our Shanghai office, we are looking for a Project Manager to handle a series of key accounts. As a Project Manager you will liaise with clients, our sales team and both our in-house and external translators to ensure a smooth order flow and strict adherence to deadlines.
Responsibilities
· Manage execution and track completion of translation project deliverables
· Network and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project requirements
· Serve as a single point of contact for clients
· Perform project secretariat duties for key accounts and submit project statistics & updates
· Manage and track budget and work closely with Finance Department to prepare monthly invoicing for both clients and vendors
· Ensure high quality, fast delivery times, and good service
Requirements
· University Degree from a recognized Institution
· 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the area of project management / account servicing
· Good command of English
· Good organization and coordination skills
· Meticulous and highly responsible
