职责范围：
1、对装饰材料及施工工序、工艺、流程等有深入了解，熟悉施工图纸，现场施工能合理安排；
2、施工过程中按设计要求和质量规程施工，确保工程质量达标；
3、协调施工工种之间的配合工作，负责施工进度及安全施工等，对工程完成周期进行监督；
4、负责办理验收手续及办理进场手续；
5、善于沟通，负责协调总包、班组、业主、设计师、采购部等相关部门的作业关系。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，装修设计、土木工程等相关专业；
2、具有室内装饰管理或家具、隔断安装管理经验；
3、3年或以上工程项目管理或类似工作经验优先，做过品牌的优先；
4、熟练掌握word、excel、powerpoint等办公软件、会使用AUTOCAD软件；
5、具备良好的理解和表述能力，具备良好的人际沟通能力，善于团队工作，爱岗敬业；
6、可适应经常短期出差的工作，具备一定英语读写能力优先。
