RESPONSIBILITIES/职责:

· Responsible for mold daily & preventive maintenance, inspect & fix problem in time for running mold. 负责注塑模具的日常/预防性保养，点检生产中的模具状态并及时解决生产中模具的相关问题。

· Responsible for mold maintenance, anti-rust, storing after production, and fill out relative document in time负责生产完后模具的保养，防锈，储存等工作, 并及时填写相关的文件。

· Responsible for mold spare parts preparation日常生产模具备品备件的准备。

· Responsible for mold repairing in-house for minor case 负责模具小毛病的修理。

· Other work assigned by supervisor上级指派的其他工作。

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Above 5 years injection mold-making experience /5年以上注塑模具加工经验。

· Trouble shooting for running mold 生产中模具故障处理的能力。

· Understand the injection mold structure, especially hot runner system, hydraulic cylinder driving, unscrewing mold with rack etc. 理解注塑模具的结构，尤其是热流道系统，油缸驱动，齿条脱螺牙模具等。

· Independent for injection mold assembly and repair 注塑模具独立组装维修的能力
