1. Purpose of the Job 岗位目的

- 6-sigma methodology knowledge broadcasting

- Solve the doubts on Management and people pillar in Excellence Program from each function
- Other key initiatives of 6-sigma Belt Program and Management System

3. Accountabilities 主要工作职责
- Work closely with the [Zone/Global] in the development of the Lean Six Sigma deployment strategy
- Ensure delivery of deployment benefits/results via focused project selection and project execution
- Mentor leadership level, Black Belts and Green Belts in the use of continuous improvement methodologies
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects
- Develop and conduct training and other activities with the Global continuous Improvement department (Black belt, green Belt, White Belt levels of the organization)
- Realize gains by supporting Lean Six Sigma project teams to achieve and sustain the improvements
- Provide sense of urgency for results through project review and metrics (Formal project review process)
- Successfully manage cross functional stretch projects across organizational boundaries
- With Global continuous Improvement department and additional Master Black Belts, assist in the identification of team members and support needed; recruit, coach and develop Black Belts
- Remove barriers for Black Belts and Green belts projects
- Assist in the evaluation of all Black Belts
- Work together and coordinate with Sales and Supply people functions on different aspects of organizing Belt program.
- Collect training needs.
- Build and monitor annual training budget and training plan.
- Manage training master data and provide monthly report to different audience, e.g. ABIU.
- Frequent contact and feedback with GHQ Continuous Improvement Director and People Continuity training manager.
- Coordinate local WB on-site classroom training.
- Organize White Belt LMS online training.
- Organize WB pre-test and post-test, monitoring training results.
- Organize White Belt LMS online test.
- Coach WB project.
- Administrate LMS.
- Organize and provide WB TTT training and WB star trainer selection.
- Work with ASQ to select qualified Green Belt and Black Belt trainer.
- Build GB and BB projects and candidates selection process and select the right candidates.
- Organize annual recognition of WB trainer, GB candidates and BB candidates.
- Translate any training material related to Belt program.
- Belt projects best practice sharing organization and monitoring its implementation;
- Assist to governance of Problem Solving problem implementation in China; deliver problem solving training according to the master plan;
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求
Education 教育背景:
- 4 year technical degree (engineering, math, finance); MBA preferred
Skills/Competencies Required:
Only those meeting these minimum qualifications will be considered.
- A minimum of 7 years of continuous Improvement experience (Consumer goods industry a plus)
- Experience in functional area Operations, Commercial
- Technical mastery of continuous/process improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean, DFSS/process design, process management and change management
- Experience managing a Lean Six Sigma and/or consulting team
- Black Belt trained (Master Black Belt Certified a plus)
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coach process owners, stakeholders, Black Belts and Green Belts
- Expert in project management and execution
- Outstanding facilitation skills
- Commanding executive presence and leadership skills; ability to hold attention, exude confidence and lead
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization
- Proficient with Minitab software, Visio and flowcharting/process mapping software
- Excellent spoken and written English skill;
- Well organized capability;
