职位描述
岗位职责：
1.给维修团队提供在设备PLC逻辑程序及电器机器人方面的维修技术支持，分析解决问题。并且持续优化设备的生产效率；
2.解决重复发生的PLC和机器人故障并优化；
3.优化设备使处于最佳的运转；
4.对机械故障提供相关的PLC和机器人支持；
5.管理并备份程序及工艺参数 ；
6.负责管理电气图纸并及时更新 ；
7.新设备电气部分的验收检查；
8.电气备件的选型；
9.工厂用电状况评估及节能方案的制定 ；
10.配电设施的维护与管理。
岗位要求：
1.机电相关专业大专以上学历 ；
2.2年以上相关工作经验，需要具备很强的现场解决问题能力，汽车行业相关经历优先 ；
3.熟悉SIEMENS S7-200，S7-300 PLC系统，三菱PLC，OMRON PLC，有独立编程能力；
4.熟悉弧焊和点焊工艺；
5.熟悉伺服控制系统；
6.熟悉机器人系统，MOTOMAN,FANUC。

Sitech Dongchang Automotive Seating Technology Ltd. was established at Shanghai Baoshan Urban Industrial Park in June 2004. It was mainly jointly established by Sitech Sitztechnik GmbH, which is a hundred percent subsidiary of Volkswagen AG. The total investment amounts to 150,000,000 RMB.
The company is located at Baoshan Unban Industrial Park. The factory extends to over 41,000 square meters. Highly specialized R&D engineers and technicians account for ca.20% of the total personnel. The company adopts a state-of-the-art patter of management, combining the management strategies of Sitech Germany and Chinese shareholders. Our major customers are car manufacturers, such as SAIC Volkswagen. Our core business consists of complete seats, seatframes and components for passenger vehicles.
