JOB BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 8 years relevant sourcing and procurement management experience in industrial environment
2. Equivalent or above bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management
3. Excellent leadership ability, team player and integrity
4. Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
5. Ability to make sound business judgments
6. Flexibly accept different kinds of roles and responsibilities
7. Excellent knowledge of operations management and legal practices
8. Fluency in English required, both verbal and written
9. Able to travel in China and occasional overseas to meet business needs
10. Six Sigma certification preferred

MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Develop and implement the company's sourcing/procurement strategy and action plans to support the Company’s goals and business growth
2. Set up and monitor performance of yearly sourcing/procurement KPI including objectives, budget, roadmap, and action plans
3. Establish and enforce procurement policy, methodology, tools and procedures in supplier selection and management including SQA, supplier audit, and evaluation, and etc
4. Be responsible for all activities of procurement including price negotiation, contract negotiation, project management to make sure cost control, quality and technical needs of the Company
5. Ensure production related materials, components and sub-contracting processes availability with optimum integral costs
6. Build a world-class supplier base with long-term strategic partners providing best products in price, quality, and delivery
7. Define opportunities for cost reduction and validate them with R&D, QA and other functions
8. Work closely with other functions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
9. Develop and retain the procurement team by providing effective leadership, recruiting, coaching, training, performance evaluation and empowerment to team members

RECRUIMENT DETAILS
1. ACADEIC： equal or above bachelor degree
2. MAJOR： Engineering or Business Management
3. OTHER SKILLS： Six Sigma certification preferred
