Engineer or equivalent level

Additional degree in Quality Assurance or Quality Control would be an advantage

Minimum 5 years experience in management of Quality department including QA and QC functions (technicians, inspectors)

Good English level (read, written, spoken)

Experience working in international and multicultural environment (management, customers)

Good knowledge of ISO 9001 QA system (or similar ex. ISO/TS 16949)

Experience with implementation, management and certification of ISO 9001 QA system

Experience with QC management from components/raw material incoming inspection to final inspection and acceptance tests witnessed by customers (inspection plans, statistical control)

Experience with international customers audits

Ability to work in team with other departments & functions

Ability to manage continuous improvement
