Job Description:

1. Act as the single point of contract for any questions/problems/updates to the client, the assignee and the agent

2. Work with other departments, monitor the progress of all phrases of the moving to ensure service delivery of the highest standards

3. Liaise with client' HR/Admin, keep them updated for the progress of the shipment if required

4. Raise internal invoice for all authorized services delivered. Check/Review suppliers invoice for payment. Claim assistance as needed.

Requirements:

1. Mature, outgoing, people oriented

2. Excellent command of English; proficiency in other languages would be advantageous;

3. 3 years working experience in customer service/logistic field with the multinational corporations, with a good track record of customer satisfactory

4. Capable of working independently AND as part of a team

5. Willing to work under intense pressure and results oriented
