主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:
1. 与项目成员一起为产品、开发、测试和制造工艺提供优化成本与绩效的平衡的方案。
Work with others in the Instrumentation Group to optimise the cost vs performance balance of solutions for both products, development, testing and manufacturing processes.
2. 发现和获取与上位机软件相关的风险分析因素；在软件开发的进程中识别和降低这些风险。
Discover and capture those risk analysis elements associated with the PC software, identifying mitigations and incorporating these into the PC software development process.
3. 使用并维护需要的管理系统（例如Caliber RM）并获取软件历史的原始的需求。
Use and maintain a requirements management system (e.g. Caliber RM) to capture the PC software requirements, their history and their origin.
4. 完成技术文档、设计和编程校对软件开发（偶尔接入嵌入式软件）。
Perform technical document, design and code reviews on PC software (and occasionally interfacing embedded software) development deliverables produced by your peers as required.
5. 实现软件设计、可靠的，高质量的编程、初始测试和调试。
Implement the PC software design into reliable, high quality PC software code and perform initial test and debug.
6. 使用并维护软件配置管理系统（例如PVCS），来获取开发阶段的软件。同时，识别具体项目（例如EMC、实验室测试、市场的样板、开发和产品）使用的软件资源编码代码。
Use and maintain the software configuration management system (e.g. PVCS) to capture PC software created during development and to identify software source code sets used for specific project builds(e.g. EMC, Lab Testing, Marketing demo, development, product).
7. 对特定的项目、参照软件历史版本和PVCS源代码的标注、获取如何定义、建立和安装软件，生成安装向导。
Capture how to identify, build and install created PC software, via software version history & PVCS source code labelling, build plans and installation/programming guides, for specific project builds.
8. 参与软件开发计划的进程。为系统集成提供输入来制定软件开发的需求和时间进程。
Participate in the PC software development planning process. Providing input to the System Integrator enabling definition of the required software development tasks and timescales.
9． 创建和开发必要的软件开发文档（例如SRS、SAS、SDS），分析和分解用户需求和架构设计方法。
Create and develop the necessary software development documentation (e.g. SRS, SAS, SDS) via analysis and decomposition of the high level requirements (e.g. URS) and structured design methods.
10. 协助创建和开发软件说明书、设计和开发最好的方法以满足监督机构（FDA、ISO、IEC）和软件部门的需求。
Help in creating and developing the PC software specification, design and development best practices required to meet the needs of the regulatory bodies (FDA, ISO, IEC) and the PC software group.

任职条件Qualifications
?文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):
软件工程专业、电子专业或相关工程专业/ Degree qualified in software engineering, electronics or transferable engineering/scientific discipline

?任职经验Working Experience:
二年以上实际工作经验/2 years above solid experience

?专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :
1.曾参与说明书、软件的设计和开发全过程，尤其是会使用Delphi、C#、VB。能够熟练地运用进行编程、仿真模拟、调试 程序和程序模拟。
Have a proven track record in specification, design and development of PC software preferably in Delphi, C# or VB and associated use of compilers, emulators, debuggers and simulators
2.拥有软件验证的实际操作经验，特别是Delphi、C#、VB。
Practical experience in PC software verification/validation (Delphi,C#, VB) is desirable.
3.拥有开发应用程序的经验，并熟悉程序与数据库SQL的接口；熟练运用ASP和.NET网络技术。
Have experience in development of applications that interact with SQL server databases and the web via ASP and .Net technologies.
4.拥有结构化软件设计、配置管理、需求管理和SQL数据库管理的实际经验。
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of using structured software design, configuration management, requirements management and SQL Database administration tools.
5.对于一般的软件开发生命周期和如何满足质量管理体系有较强的理解能力。
Have a strong understanding of the generic software development lifecycle and how this fits into a quality management system.
