Project Executive-项目执行

Report to: Production Director
Location: Shanghai

Overview

We’re looking for a professional project executive working for one of our global clients, regional hub. This team will be in charge of a bunch of markets domestically and abroad. You will work closely with a diverse team of account and creative elites. It’s a perfect position for you to start a career in either account service or project management.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Be the bridge between Account and Creative team regarding work assignment;
- Support Creative team to get clear and full information/materials from Account team on specific projects;
- Support Account team to get creative deliverables on time and on quality;
- Do the cost estimation based on project requirement
- Schedule and Resources planning;
- Identify and maintain strict project documentation and archiving
- Manage the 3rd party vendor


Qualifications

- At least 1 year agency experience either in Account/ Traffic/ Production team, internship experience will count.
- Bachelor degree; major in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Project Management will be a plus
- Detail-Oriented with multi-tasking capability
- Able to manage time well and keep cool under pressure
- Good English Proficiency in both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
