Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Role Reports to: Office Manager-Shanghai
Language requirements:
English (fluent spoken)
Chinese (native)
Main Accountabilities:
- Handles incoming calls switchboard
- Coordinates message taking and call forwarding
- Routine bookkeeping, word processing and filing
- Research and translation
- Assisted expatriates doing their visas, employment and residence permits and extension
- Helped the office manager dealing with daily company issues
- Coordinated with all kinds of vendors to meet business-related requirements of colleagues: preparation for seminars, brochures making and delivery...
- Updated company intranet and various company contract data base and records: annual leave, public calendar, vendor contact, global office contact, subcontractor list...
- Was ready for other assistances upon requests with little supervision
Skills/Competencies:
- Friendly, professional and helpful demeanor
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task
Experience:
- At least one year related working experience
