Execute, process and facility the creation of necessary legal documentation in support of operational activities for export tank container shipments.

Responsibility:

1/ Prepare, review with customers and issue/dispatch STC B/Ls

2/ Prepare, verify and upload Steamship Line B/Ls to system

3/ Monitor the receipt and approved dispatch of HXD to customers

4/ Assist import operations staff to check for presence and distribution Of import shipping bills of lading

5/ Dispatch local commercial invoice for main freight, additional cost and demurrage

Qualification:

1/ College/University degree preferred.

2/ Minimum 1 year operations experience in the tank container industry or very comparable alternative.

3/ Fluent English and Mandarin.

4/ Strong awareness of cultures.

5/ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6/ Must be ethical, impartial, organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize, and set goals.
