我们现正在对中国区业务进行扩展,并在华中、华北和华南有数个直接销售职位空缺。华中地区职位的工作地点设在位于上海的大中华区总部,华北和华南地区的职位目前均为在家办公。作为销售客户经理,您的主要工作职责是进行客户搜索和跟进,对工作安排予以有效管理和优先排序,为潜在客户建立起良性渠道,从新客户和现有客户处获得订单。我们的应用销售专员将为您提供支持,并向终端用户提供有效解决方案。本公司是一家知名技术公司,在印前和预生产包装行业居于行业领先地位。如果您有兴趣加入,请与我们联系。We are expanding our China operations and have several DIRECT sales positions in Central, North & South China. Central positions will be based out of our Greater China regional office in Shanghai, and those in North & South China will be home based. As a Sales Account Manager, you are primarily a Hunter & a Farmer, effectively organizing and prioritizing your schedule of activities to build a healthy pipeline of prospects & orders from new and existing customers. You will be supported by our team of application sales specialists in providing effective solutions to our end users. You are responsible for designated segments of our integrated solutions, namely, CAD/CAM (structural design & manufacturing tools for Packaging Design & Sample Making), OR Sign & Display (Design to Print to Cut solutions), OR Gravure (for high quality packaging Gravure printing).

销售的相关工作内容包括:-
Your sales activities include:-

- 达到并超出指定区域或细分市场的销售目标
Meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territories or vertical segments
- 除传统市场以外,拓展全新业务领域
Prospect and develop new business opportunities apart from traditional markets
- 拟定、协商和建立适当的销售条款,确定订单流程中的所有细节,以确保产品最终在现场顺利安装和交货
Pursue, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales & identify all details in the order process to ensure eventual smooth installation & delivery at site
- 确保在展会、发布演示会及其它市场营销活动之后,对相关销售线索进行系统化跟进
Ensure sales leads are systematically followed up following trade shows, road shows & other marketing events
- 在组织内部与跨部门团队展开合作,根据增长驱动目标,直接与客户或战略合作伙伴共同制定成功销售战略
Collaborate with cross departmental teams within the organization to develop successful sales strategies either directly with customers or with strategic partners with the objective of driving growth
- 与其它部门团队合作规划和组织推广活动
Plan & organize promotional events in collaboration with other departmental teams
- 对各个区域内的竞争价格及竞争对手情况,向市场营销团队或产品管理提供反馈
Provide feedback to marketing team or product management on competitive price situations & competitors’ position in the respective territories
- 通过内部CRM系统生成方案,确保及时更新数据库,增加准确且意义明确的详细信息。确保以系统化方式正确使用CRM系统
Generate proposals through in-house CRM system and ensure database is updated with accurate & meaningful details. Ensures systematic and proper use of the CRM system
- 通过对潜在客户列表进行每周评估/更新,确保销售预测的准确性。共同努力缩短从预测到销售实现之间的时间
Ensure accuracy of sales forecasting through weekly reviews & update of prospects list. Makes concerted effort to shorten forecast-to-sales realization cycle
- 及时向报告经理提交具有明确意义的销售拜访报告
Timely submission of meaningful sales calls reports to reporting manager
- 与内部信用控制部门合作,协调跟进客户逾期付款
Concerted follow-up of overdue payments from customers in collaboration with internal Credit Control Dept -

至少三至五年销售经验,具有良好的销售和谈判技巧
At least 3 -5 years' sales experience with proven selling & negotiation skills

经济,工商管理,工程、IT、印刷技术、图文艺术、市场营销相关专业
Speciality in Engineering, IT, Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Economics…

具有商业敏感度,能在销售谈判和完成过程中良好应用实际商务方法
Commercially astute with ability to apply pragmatic commercial approaches in sales negotiations & closing

对销售线索能自始至终有系统有步骤地予以跟进
Systematic in following up on leads & seeing through to completion

良好的人际关系能力,能够应对多层关系
Good interpersonal relationship skills with ability to handle multi level relationships

普通话流利,且稍懂英语
Proficient in Mandarin, with some understanding of English

富有团队精神,工作积极主动,乐观进取
Must be a team player with a positive and can-do work attitude
