英语专业毕业，有一年前台行政助理工作经验
graduated from english area and have at least one year's work experience at the assistant job

Receive and direct incoming calls

2 Check email from other country

3 Work with service companies to send out mails and packages

4 Host or co-host visitors (customers, suppliers and other visitors)

5 Type or help prepare documents using MS-Office for other Dedert teams as needed

6 Translate various documents from English to Chinese or vice versa( technical specs, etc.)

7 Interpret for Dedert teams in discussions with customers when needed

8 Business travel required
