Job Descriptions:
1) Following up customer orders including stock checking, order confirmation, shipping follow up, AR statement, Quality Complaints, etc.
2) Coordinating between the customers and overseas head-office for order-related issues.
3) Expediting local vendors’ purchase orders according to the customers’ request.
4) Inventory planning and management according to customer’s rolling forecast.
5) Assisting outside sales on all business-related issues.

Requirements:
1) College degree, major in mechanical engineering preferred.
2) Related Experience more than 2 years. Knowledge of fastener products is a plus.
3) Be able to communicate in English both written and oral.
4) General computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.).
5) Easy going, self-motive, and fast-responding.
