Duties / Responsibilities:

1. Assist HR manager to develop effective recruitment strategies, planning, advertising programs, Internet and Intranet recruitment processes and orientation programs for new employees.

2. Ensures all of the employment/ recruitment programs, procedures and policies to be in compliance with local labor regulations and supervises the implementation of these policies and procedures.

3. Being responsible for the company recruitment channel’s selection, assessment and maintenance.

4. Responsible for the full life cycle of experienced recruiting, including job posting (internal & external), sourcing, candidates profiles, selecting, interviewing, evaluating, offering, referral process, pre-employment, on-boarding, and reporting activities.

5. Build and maintain candidate database.

6. Develops recruiting materials.

7. Prepares recruiting and hiring reports.

8. Managing the whole hiring process and employment procedure such as labor contract and other necessary documentations.

9. Leads and organizes campus recruitment (keeping professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices as a source), job fairs and involves with business events, seminars and meetings to enhance Bioduro employment branding.

10. Assistant to conduct the new hires orientation session regularly.

11. Well understand the hiring needs, to conduct talent needs analysis and provide support to management in manpower, staff cost & budgeting planning.

12. Designs and implements effective campus recruitment programs and internship programs.

Qualification Desired:

1. BS degree in business administration/ management with emphasis in human resources or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years in HR related function in multination companies with at least 3 years’ experiences in recruitment.

3. Pharmaceutical background highly desirable.

4. Experienced with developing recruitment campaigns.

5. Experienced with behavioral interviewing techniques.

6. Understanding of Labor Laws.

7. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment.

8. Change oriented, well organized with high attention to details and able to work under pressure.

9. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

10. Competent in analytical skills.

11. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

12. Experience in headhunting firm will be a plus.
