Job Purpose: The Admission & Student Service Supervisor is responsible for providing quality service to potential and existing students to achieve the admission target as well as to ensure the smooth teaching and learning activities.

Personality: Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English. Well presented and excellent communication skills. Result oriented and self motivated. Able to work independently as well as to get on with others and be a team player.


Job Responsibilities:

To provide the quality consultation and service to potential student and existing student.
Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager to achieve the student recruitment target.
Assist Academic Director in the communication of teaching & learning related issues with the students, including timetable, schedule, evaluation etc.
Provide necessary support for any sales & marketing events and activities in China and Asia Pacific if needed.

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in any major. Fluent speaking in Chinese and English.
At least two years relevant work experience in sales or student service in education industry.
