职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Daily Parts Sales
Identify correct Part No. and quote to dealers and end users.
Follow up the payment from the dealers and end users.
Follow up the shipment and invoicing for each sales order.
Coordinate with Service/Logistics/Operations team to ensure timely delivery of parts to dealer and end users.
Maintain Parts Sales Order status.
2. Parts Sales Report
Report parts sales monthly by dealer or end users. (Wholesale/Retail/AR/Overdue/Dealer Stock)
Report key parts issue (back orders/parts failure)
3. Parts Sales Forecast
Collect parts demand from dealer and end user to build up parts sales forecast.
4. Parts Information/Document Maintenance
Parts Manual edit and maintenance for all product lines including attachments.
Parts sales history file maintenance (Sales Order, Fax, Quotation).
5. Dealer Parts Sales Management
Guide the dealers to follow the company’s parts policy.( Parts Sales Policy, Parts Return Policy, Credit Policy and Dealer KPI)
Give the dealers parts stock recommendation based on their machine population.
Train the dealers on parts sales process and parts knowledge.(parts manual reading, parts manual maintenance, parts order submission, parts shipment notice etc.)
Find dealer weak point in parts sales and help them to improve.
Make sure dealers will achieve their annual parts sales target announced in Annual Dealer Conference.
6. Other task assigned by Parts Manager/Supervisor
1. Daily Parts Sales
