Responsibility:

Be responsible for the Tax Payable account, prepare, file and review various tax return and tax reports. Including dealing with Input VAT invoices verification and declaration properly and timely, handling routine tax declarations on VAT, BT, CIT and other taxes accurately and timely, making a reconciliation between account and declared tax monthly, handling tax issues on fixed assets disposal, export tax refund, tax refund & profit deduction on purchasing China-made equipment

Be responsible for Bank account including bank journal, E-banking 1st level operation, balance reconciliation for all bank accounts and manage Foreign Exchange Transaction

Weekly account balance report, T&E/MRO PO 1st round check and post

Post asset transfer, depreciation, retirement, disposal and sales, ensure all assets transactions are processed correctly and timely, lead and conduct annual FA physical count

Support new company plant set up, including conducting initial inventory and FA count, guiding operators filling statistics report; supporting inventory management.

Support costing setup and monthly costing practice, work with Ops team to collect costing and inventory movement information, and conduct month end walk to dock process.

Qualification:

2 years of cashier / tax accountant experience
Knowledge of Bank account management in ERP system
Able to work in a matrix environment
Written and oral communication skills (English)
Good problem solving skill
Admin experience is a plus
