人事行政专员要求：（女性）
1.二年以上工作经验,人力资源相关专业毕业.。
2.计算机操作熟练,懂核算考勤,有招聘、员工入职、离职手续办理、办理社保卡/居住证 等相关人事工作经验。
3.监督管理总体员工服务、如:薪资福利、培训等按时向上级汇报整体工作情况并制定工作计划,监督管理人事部与全体员工的沟通情况。
4.进行人力资源数据分析,为合理控制人工成本及领导决策提供依据。
