职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Main contact person with customers for order updates, shipment details, excess and obsolete inventory reports
- Meet monthly targets set for order fulfilment, accounts receivables and inventory risk
- Process purchase order received in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate customers' delivery requirements to operations and track changes.
- Analyse customer demand and update ERP system
- Identify and take action on any potential excess and obsolete inventory
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Admin/Supply Chain/Logistics
- Minimum 3 years' of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry
- Familiar with MRP or ERP systems, preferably in SAP
- Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Good command of English
