Project Manager - Point of Sale and Point of Purchase 项目经理

Main Responsibilities:

• Source and fulfill the assigned projects with coordinating job requirements with suppliers/factories
• Work closely with team member to ensure all orders and samples are on track
• Have pre-production meetings with suppliers / factories to ensure projects are executed in a timely manner and objectives are achieved
• Being the liaison between suppliers/factories and client to ensure quality, on-time delivery within budget parameters and build relationships with them to ensure smooth workflow
• Quote and/or estimate of all assigned print projects including printing, fulfillment, and logistics
• Analyze job revenue, cost, and profitability to report to management
• Keeping detailed records of each project’s timeline, progress, and completion and be able to provide regular status updates to management
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceed client expectations and provide efficient sourcing service

Job requirement:

• Must have strong experience working with printing suppliers/factories, agency, client or related environment to source printing projects and negotiate job cost/schedules
• Prefer someone that has current and or recent knowledge and experience with big factories in the printing industry
• Good knowledge of print manufacturing types and channels
• Must be able to travel to factories we work with and keep updated on situations
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential
• Good command of English speaking, writing and comprehension
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal skills and good team player
• Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments
