Qualified applicants for software QA engineer should possess following qualifications:

-1+ years full-time QA experience in large-scale Web application development
-Good understanding of Web software development Paradigm and Process
-Good English reading and writing skills. Competent in producing thorough QA documentation and reports
-Strong logic thinking, detail-oriented and analytical ability.
-Knowledge of testing process such as test automation, and test case development, etc
-Good troubleshooting and debugging skills to find the root cause
-Familiar with automation test tools and Java, selenium is plus
