Main responsibilities / tasks:
1. Follows company policy such as SHE and etc, keep a zero record of accident.
2. Ensures both preventive as well as corrective maintenance of manufacturing machines in an optimum condition for production.
3. Investigates and analyses technical problems and bottlenecks.
4. Recommends capital improvements and procedures to continually improve our processes and reduce downtime throughout the plant.
5. Purchases technical parts and equipment within CPS Color requirements and Chinese legislation
6. OTIF to finish the temporarily task from supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, Chemical mechanical is preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in maintaining a production facility, preferably in chemical industries
Excellent analysis and problem solving skill and good cost awareness
Knowledge of related technical skills and strong implementing ability
Innovation, Initiative, adaptability and customer orientation
Strong leadership as well as a good team player
Fluent English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
Knowledge of related SHE experience
