Job Description:
? Execute internal control policies and procedures for AP/AR/Cash/GL/Cost, and ensure the accounting practices are in line with corporate guidelines;
? In charge of maintenance and update of all the journal entries into both TCM and Kingdee (AR/AP/GL/Costing/TAX)
? Verify the payment requests and employee’s expense reports before approval and payment;
?Responsible for working paper that would be prepared for bookkeeping including cash, bank, AR/AP report, revenue & cost, accrue, fixed assets, amortization, expenses etc.
? Be responsible for monthly closing and local reporting;
? Prepare the accounts analysis reports, and follow up outstanding issues proactively, such as overdue AR/overdue AP/advance payment/deposit/prepaid expense, etc.
? Cooperate with financial manager for group reporting, tax reporting or issues;
? Coordinate with tax bureau for VAT refund practice;
? Others assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting;
? 6 years+ working experiences as a G/L and taxation accountant in a multinational company;
?Experiences on VAT refunding is a must, for both trading and manufacturing industries;
? Good communication skill both in English and Mandarin;
? Familiar with ERP software and excellent in using Excel;
? Work with efficiency and strong sense of responsibility and business acumen;
? Good analytical skills;
? Ability to learn quickly, initiative, team player.

In 1996 Kuss began manufacturing in France and by the end of 2007, Kuss had established its global presence with additional manufacturing locations in Brazil and China.
The Kuss Filtration operation in Bloomer, Wisconsin was established by Nelson Industries in 1965. Nelson Industries was a supplier of filtration products and exhaust and emissions control systems. In 1998, Nelson Industries was sold to Fleetguard, a division of the Cummins Engine Company. In 2005, as part of Cummins’ global branding strategy, Nelson was merged into Cummins Filtration, and became part of its Light Duty division.
On October 31, 2011, the Light Duty filtration business operations based in Findlay, Ohio and Bloomer, Wisconsin were sold to Industrial Opportunity Partners, LLC (IOP). This sparked the rebirth and re-establishment of Kuss Filtration Inc.
