Job title: Sourcing Assistant/Logistic Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify, qualify and develop competitive suppliers, with matched capabilities to product types.

2. Assist logistics in expediting issues for initial delivery.

3. Make routine visits to supplies and factories; assist in supplier product approval.

4. Assist international sourcing team in negotiation of supplier teams and contracts.

5. Work with international product management, sourcing and engineering teams for development of new OEM products and modification of existing products.

6. Managing quoting process and negotiate with suppliers on costs, inventories, quality, and production schedules.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree plus 12 months of sourcing and supplier relations preferred.

2. Experience in heavy machinery, vehicles and related accessories such as All Terrain Vehicles, Tractors, Trailers etc.

3. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

4. Detail oriented with strong written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

5. Knowledge of various domestic and foreign manufacturing disciplines.

6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

7. Honesty, integrity and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required.

8. Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.

9. Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

10. Frequent travel required.

Contract duration: 2 year

Probation period: 2 months

Work hours: 160 hours/month (Full time)

Salary: 4000-5000
