International wooden toys company needs for their Shanghai OFFICE ASSISTANT.
This position is offered to young motivated candidates (local Shanghainese female only/Shanghai Hukou) eager to learn. It is highly evolutive.

Job description


- new product enquiries follow up, daily link with suppliers, sample stock follow up
- translate and update documents (product information, quotations, and emails)
- receive and send samples
-. sourcing
- inspection of new products samples and orders occasionally
- accompany head office colleagues/customers visit
- help to make clear plan for QC team


Profile
- good sense of service, good communicator and good team player
- can speak, read and write fluently English
- dynamic, active, can work autonomously
- able to work under pressure
- master Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook….) & have knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator…)
- Current photo providing required
