职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Support the Supply Chain Analyst in the implementation of supply chain projects.
- Assist Supply Chain Analyst in CPA management and closely monitor status for key projects.
- Assist Supply Chain Analyst in the preparation of weekly meeting with sourcing & QA to review and update project status and attend as directed by Supply Chain Analyst/Senior Supply Chain Analyst
- Maintain common data exists between OpCos, KSO & vendors, and where differences occur, resolve with relevant parties.
- Check PI and ensure complete and accurate date integrity
- Manage the order process between KSO, the OpCos and the vendors, to include:
o Receiving & checking orders and ensuring the lead times and MOQ quantities met, and price and POL are correct.
o Maintain orders in Apex system and ensure commonality with OPCOs.
o Ensure orders are received by vendors, and processed in a timely manner
o Keep a record of all orders in a central tracker
o Outstanding shipment actioned each month
- Develop regular communication channels with OPCO supply chain teams to ensure an open and trusting relationship is developed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years supply chain experience, trading or sourcing office preferable.
- Excellent communication skills; highly numerate and PC literate;attention to details.
- University graduate with bachelor degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics or business studies
- Fluent in both oral and written English
