The Project Assistant will report directly to the Director of Production. Responsibilities include:

Speaker invitation and communication with senior industry leaders in China and around the world
Coordinating with professional media supporting organizations
Project marketing
On-site operation during the conference period.

Basic requirements:
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Commercial experience in any related business area
Fresh graduates would be considered but experiences with project operation preferred
Good business understanding of China’s market driven sectors
Excellent research and communication skills essential
Bachelors qualifications in either Business/Commerce, IT, Engineering, Marketing or Finance
Ability to work to strict deadlines under minimal supervision
Highly motivated and able to be creative in sourcing out issues
