GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Send VAT invoices to customer, And input VAT invoice data into customer’s system.

· Reconcile AR with customer periodically, Investigate if there’s any variance.

· Reconcile I/C with sister company.

· Confirm with customer on payment schedule, Forecast AR collection.

· Cash flow forecast.

· Reconcile customer consignment inventory

· AR aging and AR collection progress analysis.

· Inventory analysis

· Ad-hoc assignments/reports

· 寄送增值税发票给客户，并将增值税发票信息录入客户系统

· 定期和客户核对应收账款，查找差异

· 关联公司往来对账

· 和客户确认付款计划、预测应收资金

· 现金流预测

· 第三方库库存核对

· 应收账款账龄及回款进度分析

· 存货的分析

· 其他财务部门安排的工作

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor degree or above with a major in fiancé or accounting

· Good Speaking and Writing in English

· Familiar with financial management of manufacturing company

· Good communication skills

· Good analysis skills, Good senses of numbers

· Responsible and can work under pressure

· 全日制财经专业大学本科及以上学历

· 良好的英语读写能力

· 熟悉制造型企业的财务管理

· 良好的沟通协调能力

· 具有较强的分析能力，数字敏感性强
