Requirements:
1. MD in Laboratory medicine, Medical technology or Biological engineering, etc;
2. Extensive lab experience and knowledge for serology, biochemical analysis and immunology using routine medical instruments;
3. Abilities of preparing SOP and training in-house technicians;
4. Knowledge in GLP requirements for animal serology and biochemical analysis.

Responsibility:
1. Take in charge of serology and biochemical analysis using medical instruments;
2. Design, implement and improve operation procedures and standards for serology test and biochemical analysis;
3. Improve the existing SOPs and coach technicians in operation skills and data analysis;
4. Supervise the work of research associates/technicians and ensure the accuracy of data;
5. Work following the principles of SFDA and OECD.
