职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
1.Responsible to maintain an ongoing organizational structure to meet company long term goals and procedures.
2.Responsible and accountable to the company to manage, support and provide direction to all staff within the human resources department.
3.Responsible to ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by all personnel based on fairness and concern for people through performance management. Oversees, recruitment, training, safety, promotions and transfers of employees and employee development program.
4.Must be capable of collecting and correlating relevant data that pertains to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company and the department;
5.Deal with major HR issues during the course of operation; develop and provide career development programs to staff;
6.Establishes needs and goal of the department to meet overall company directives. Prepares, reviews and performs performance appraisals of each department;
7.Responsible to outline recruitment plan and procedures;
8.Assesses trends through generated graphs and charts and maintains continuous improvement on staff training programs;
9.Oversees salary administration, employee benefit programs, and IIT filing;
10.Assists in resolving staff problems in areas such as, performance and absenteeism and recommending remedial action.
11.Draft and manage JD for each position of the origination, ensure the job description reflect the actual functionality of the position assessed;
12.Lead on the daily operation of the HR department, assisted in completed the staff KPI assessment and manage departmental budget;
13.Organize staff events and assist in promulgating the Company culture.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1.Bachelor degree or above. Major in HR, psychology, education or business management preferred.
2.8 years and above Human Resources related experience;
3.Familiar with China Labor Law.
4.Good communication and written skills at all level, able to present and manage change;
5.Proactive, passionate, highly self-motivated, independent and result oriented with demonstrated maturity.
6.Fluent in both Written and Oral English.
