负责办公室日常事务如接听电话，传真快递收发
协助培训专员的培训工作，绩效评估，考核成绩的存档和分类
负责员工社保，福利，宿舍管理
负责员工的入职离职处理，合同签订以及更新。
办公用品管理包括统一购置和发放以及台账记录
与培训专员完成新员工的公司规章制度学习，以及对各项规定的解释
人事档案管理
供应商的维护更新，采购成本控制
