职位描述
Job Description:
1. Lead chip design engineering effort including architecture definition and circuits design, pre/post simulation, debug and characterization.
2. Manage and grow team, and interface with test engineering, product marketing and technology engineering teams.
3. Work closely with layout engineer. Provide the guideline and help for physical layout floor plan, design, and verification and RC extraction.
4. Customer support.
Qualifications:
1. Strong Logic design background, and good knowledge of circuits design with successful design experience of serial interface I2C and SPI in volume production products.
2. At least 3-4 years’ Experience in non-volatile memory is preferred, especially in EEPROM or NOR Flash product.
3. Experience in Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor/Springsoft circuit and layout design/simulation/verification tools preferred.
4. Unix/Linux system experience and Good programming skills preferred, such as Verilog, C, Perl, TCL etc.
5. Good knowledge related to Device/Process/Layout/Testing.
6. Intelligent and excellent analysis capability, and problem solving skills.
7. Fast learner with strong leadership.
8. Self-motivated and hard work.
9. Team player with good communication skills.
