岗位职责 ：
1、完成公司销售目标及其他任务。
2、负责公司全年销售计划制定，组织带领销售团队努力完成销售任务。具有较强的组织能力、表达能力，拥有较广泛的社会关系和人脉资源，具有很强事业心和责任心，不断开拓市场。

岗位要求：
1、有健身器材，运动行业运营和操作经验优先，专科以上学历； 英语四级以上；
2、5年以上耐用消费品行业销售工作经验，其中3年以上销售管理岗位经验；
3、优秀的团队建设经验，团队管理能力强，善于协调营销团队的工作；
4、有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力，学习能力强；逻辑性强和良好的语言表达能力；
