业务拓展经理(BDM)

Responsibilities:

As a BDM you will call on Immigration agents, Travel Agents, Accountants, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Book Keepers and Personal Advisors, who will refer their qualified clients to you with the express purpose of building or adding to their real estate investment portfolios abroad.

工作职责

1. 制定组织及实施市场拓展的整体策略及计划；

2. 负责重大项目的商务谈判，审核商务合同条款，组织起草合作协议

3. 及时把握市场动态，达到制定的关键绩效指标（房地产海外投资）；

4. 发展，维护与合作单位的相关业务，建立关系网络；

5. 督导和指导下属对于各样事项的正确执行；

6. 负责总结办事处业务状况，及时向公司汇报。

Requirements:

? A positive, persuasive sales background.

? A stable work history.

? Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

? Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years’ relevant sales experience in accounting, related business fields, financial planning, law or other personal financial advisory field - but not essential if you can show prior experience.

? Pre-existing professional connections in fields of Immigration Agents, Travel Industry, Private practice accountancy, legal services, personal financial advising or bookkeeping.

? Pre-disposition for networking and nurturing professional relationships.

? The desire to succeed and the ability to open doors.

? A self motivated attitude.

? Driver’s license – preferably with a reliable car.

任职要求：

有大客户保险业务、银行信贷、移民中介，房产投资，海外教育等相关工作经验；

本科以上学历 有市场销售相关行业工作经验5年以上；

较强的自主性，积极拓展公司业务

专业化程度高，善于团队合作，有较稳定的工作历程；

有较强的人际沟通能力，富有谈判技巧；

敏锐的洞察力，善于倾听，辨析客户的需求；

In return you will be rewarded with:

You will be aided, by a personal assistant, who will make your appointments, provide new relationship leads and support you.

A base salary per month plus a lucrative performance package, which should see you earning considerably more based on your success.

Flexible schedule：you will also have the freedom to manage your day and time.
