工作职责
1、 传达、分解、落实市场营销部下达的公司政策和各项任务；
2、组织编制年度、季度、月度营销计划；
3、根据企业的发展方向，组织搜集相关的市场信息，并进行汇总分析，编制市场调研报告；
4、分析市场需求，判断消费偏好，提出产品开发和改善建议；
5、 策划分公司促销、公关活动，报批及组织实施和结果评估；
6、 市场营销推广、开发方案的审批与监督执行；
7、 组织编制分公司日、周、月工作计划的制订与总结，报公司营销管理部；
8、 制订费用预算计划，报销售管理部和营销总监审核，公司审批后执行；
9、 组织分公司人员招聘录用、薪酬福利、绩效考核管理。

基本要求:
1、大学本科以上,机电相关专业或经济、管理相关专业
2、6年以上工作经历，4年以上本行业或相近行业销售管理经验
3、通晓国际贸易业务知识，掌握公司所经营产品国内外行业动态，掌握市场营销相关知识，具备财务管理、法律等方面的知识，了解公司所经营产品技术知识;熟练使用WORD,EXCEL等办公软件，具备网络知识；熟练的英语应用能力
4、工作努力，积极进取，良好的沟通、协调、组织能力；高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精岗位职责
