职位描述
Main responsibilities
Evaluation of MRP Messages and Purchase Requisition Proposals to ensure scheduled material receipts are aligned and can meet the requirements of the master schedule
Convert Purchase Requisitions in Opening Time Period to Purchase Orders or Call to Orders, Notify the Subcontractors and Supplier and confirm material delivery date
Tracking & Tracing of purchase orders or call to order with suppliers and keeping the master scheduling system (IFS) always updated on the estimated material delivery date.
Review and manage change requests (quantity, time) from suppliers and subcontractors, making appropriate reschedules in accordance with the Master Schedule Policy
Collect and Evaluate KPI related to the performance of the Operational Purchasing (Lead-time, Material Quality) Supplier Performance (confirmed vs. delivered, etc …)
Qualifications
University degree. At least 2 years working experience. Computer skill (Excel).
Detailed and result oriented, can working flexible, good character, passionate, positive.
Familiar with logistics process, excellent communication skills between forwarder and supplier for handle all the documents.
Able to work independently and as well as organized self job, team work thinking.
Working very details and careful, have good patient attitude for daily job.
Strong sense of responsibility and able to solve problems.
Fast learner and always act promptly, can work under pressure and positive attitude.
