职位描述
Robarts Interiors is currently looking to fill at least one design position in both our Beijing and Shanghai offices. We are looking for someone who is thoughtful without being too ponderous, creative without being fashionable, professional without being stuffy, passionate about quality without being a perfectionist, and a team player without being overly reliant on others. The person would ideally be an all rounder, but with particular strength in terms of design concepts and with exquisite design taste generally. This would include being skilful with the selection of materials, colour and finishes. Skills in the design of lighting layouts, as well as general space planning would also be a strong attraction. We are ideally looking for someone who has already gained more than 3 years experience with corporate interior design, who has a practical, creative and skilful ability to develop designs through detailing and is comfortable dealing with such details on site.
Primary Responsibilities:
·Communicate design principles and functional requirements with Robarts team and clients.
·Develop conceptual and schematic design with design director and manage design development till completion of project
·Preparing colour drawings and briefing specifications for cost estimating
·Source new materials, products and have a strong awareness of design trends
·Working closely with in house technical design teams and overseeing detailed design development
·Regular communication on and off site with Project Management, Engineering design and construction teams ensuring quality design concepts are correctly executed.

Other
Professional qualification in Interior Design or related field.
Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator and Powerpoint skills preferred but not essential.
