岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品的销售及推广，开拓当地市场；
2、制定市场营销计划并实施，完成部门销售指标；
3、开拓新市场，发展新客户，增加产品销售范围，负责行业用户的挖掘与维护；
4、负责辖区市场信息的收集，客户的需求及竞争对手的分析；
5、跟踪客户定单的具体落实（签定合同、交货、货款回收等）；
6、填写有关销售表格，提交销售分析和总结报告。
7、完成部门领导临时交办的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1、具有大专以上学历，有丰富的销售经验，至少从事2年以上行业销售工作；
2、对市场有敏锐的观察能力，对各类突发事件有独立的较强的处理能力，对用户有很好地把握能力，良好的客户服务意识；
3、有锐利进取的精神，有团队合作精神以及良好的沟通能力、客户谈判能力、交际技巧，并且具有亲和力；工作积极主动，有强烈的事业心和责任感，能承受较大的工作压力；
4、对于有丰富行业（户外广告、广告喷绘行业、印刷等）销售经验或有丰富行业资源者优先考虑。
5、有强烈的自我管理和时间管理能力，诚实守信，勤奋敬业，吃苦耐劳。
6、做到以公司利益为重，遵守国家法律法规。
