职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing Quality Control plans / procedures working with Project Engineers / Suppliers / Customers in project development stage.
2. Responsible for implementing QC activities during the entire production processes, make sure the product quality is 100% compliant with the QC plan.
3. Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency at the site.
4. Supports continuous product and process improvement through detailed failure analysis and investigates, develops and implements effective and compliant solutions for product or process corrections, retrospective and remediation action plans, and for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA Program).
5. Working with other members on supplier assessment and continuous follow-up.
6. Support suppliers on quality systems development.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years working experience as QA/QC in the Mechanism and related industry.
2. Have the experience as a team leader.
3. Good ability to communicate in oral and written English.
4. Be capable of traveling.
5. Good experience in using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
