职位描述
Job Description:
· Report to the General Manager and Office Manager
· Assist with schedule management for the General Manager
· Communicate on behalf of the General Manager and other English speaking Principals
· Attend local and travel meetings as translator for the General Manager and other English speaking Principals
· Participate in phone calls as translator for the General Manager and other English speaking Principals
· Provide written translation for email, letters, contracts, schedules, proposals, resumes and other professional and project related documents.
· Make travel arrangements and generate itineraries for foreign and domestic travel for office staff.
· Perform day-to-day administrative duties including mail/shipping, answer phones, greet visitors, monitor office appearance,
· Communicate as needed with outside service providers (cleaning, plants, water, office equipment)
Minimum Requirements:
· 1-2 years internship or professional experience in a position requiring extensive, daily use of English
· Experience working in Shanghai is preferred but not required
· Minimum bachelor degree in English or related study
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
· Excellent team working skills. Strong sense of personal responsibility and dedication to the job.
· Flexible schedule and willingness to work outside of regular office hours
· Patience, willingness and aptitude to learn and to teach.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Project)
· Knowledge of the design coordination process with clients, project managers, and technical design professionals
