职位描述及应聘要求职责：
Responsibilities:
1、 负责采购订单和采购合同
Be responsible to send and follow inquiries, issue Purchasing order & contract on time to supplier
2、填写有关采购表格，落实具体采购流程
Fill in related purchasing form, push purchasing procedure
3、 跟踪交货期，处理紧急催货以满足订单需求
Follow up the delivering time，Handle the goods expediting for maintaining order requirement
4、 采购部ERP相关数据及时操作维护
Operate and maintain purchasing ERP data in time
5、完成总经理或采购领导安排的其它工作
Finish other works which arranged by GM or sourcing leader



Requirements:
要求：
1. 大学专科或以上,最好是机械专业
Bachelor degree in college or above.
2. 二年以上采购经验，熟悉ERP系统较好
Have at least 2 year of purchasing experience for technical products (and be familiar with ERP system) not essential
3、熟练的英语听说读写能力以及良好的沟通能力
Fluent written and oral skills in English, and also good communication skills as well
4、熟悉使用MS Office软件。
5、具有团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力
Team work spirits, can be worked under pressure


工作地点在地铁2号线江苏路站附近。
