职位描述
岗位职责
1、全面负责公司国内外采购工作，制定公司采购战略，编制供应商开发计划、采购计划，并组织实施；
2、 根据公司整体发展目标和公司领导的要求，组织建立和完善公司采购管理体系、制度、流程与标准，并督导实施；
3、组织对物资市场信息的收集和分析，确定短期和长期的供应商和供应渠道，并进行商务谈判工作；
4、规划采购预算，控制采购成本；
5、合理安排部门员工的工作，指导、督促和检查各项工作的开展情况。
6、根据产品的价格、促销、产品分类和质量，有效地管理特定货品的计划和分配；
7、管理采购员和其他相关员工以确定采购的产品符合客户的需要；
8、维持与供应商的关系，协商竞争价格；
9、领导安排的其他工作；
任职资格
1、本科以上学历，机械类专业毕业优先；
2、5年以上采购管理工作经验，有外资企业采购经理工作经历者或制造业公司工作经历者优先；
3、精通采购原理及成本控制，具备优秀的合同谈判和签约能力，良好的决策判断能力和计划组织能力；
4、具备良好的职业道德素质， 抗压性强、有创新力、善于沟通；
5、英语能力良好；
6、能适应出差及加班；

Advance technology is a newly established Canadian company. We're well known for custom manufacturing, outsourcing, engineering both electronic and mechanical, testing, debugging, system integration, custom fabrication, factory acceptance, quality control. We have a newly renovated factory with top of the line equipment to use. We have fabrication, assemble, testing, electrical, shipping/ logistics, materials departments. We are also looking for strong mechanics and electricians in the factory, as well as administration, sales, service, engineering, accounting, purchasing/materials for the office.

Advance Technology operates out of a 2800sqm (40,000 sq. feet) facility, is a 100% Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) managed by westerners as part of the PAXIOM GROUP. The combination of American management, local engineers, support staff and labor allows Advance Technology a distinct advantage over the local Chinese operated competition. With Western engineering and fabrication standards we can assure our customers the highest quality products at very competitive prices and are capable of service in English, French, Italian or Spanish.
