Responsibilities:

1) Arrange work plans for production department on the daily basis for save labor cost

安排每天生产工作计划，降低工时成本；

2) To review the labor work sheets and submit them to HR &Admin Department for cost purpose daily.

审核下属填写的工时单，并提交至人事行政部作费用成本核算；

3) To test machinery and produce Q/A report for maintaining best working condition.

测试机器和制作生产质量报告；

4) To oversee the hardware maintenance and production operations.

监督审查硬件维修和生产作业；

5) To set up and/or improve the operation process to improve the work efficiency.

建立和改善生产运作方式来提高工作效率；

6) To work out production procedures and put into use to reduce the scraps and control the in-progress quality.

制作和实施生产程序；减少废料和控制正在生产中产品的质量；

7) To manage the machinery, tooling and facility of the plant.

管理机械、工具和设备；

8) To lead, motivate and coordinate employees in the production department.

领导、协调所有生产部门人员的工作；

9) Train and guide the work of production department；

培训和指导生产部门员工工作；

10) To study plant layout & own capacity;

学习车间布置和自我能力提升；

11) To interpret the drawings from customer and select electrical components (model, brand) based on the drawings for Purchasing Department to make quotations.

向客户解释图纸，根据采购制作的报价选择电气元器件（型号，品牌）；

12) To produce machine BOM, and make wire layout plan of control panel and deliver it for production.

制作生产物料清单，制作生产计划，并及时交付产品；

Quality：

1、More than three years production management experience in production manufacturing company

在生产制造业企业有三年以上生产管理经验；

2、Good written and spoken English capacity;

良好的口头和书面英语能力；

Advance technology is a newly established Canadian company. We're well known for custom manufacturing, outsourcing, engineering both electronic and mechanical, testing, debugging, system integration, custom fabrication, factory acceptance, quality control. We have a newly renovated factory with top of the line equipment to use. We have fabrication, assemble, testing, electrical, shipping/ logistics, materials departments. We are also looking for strong mechanics and electricians in the factory, as well as administration, sales, service, engineering, accounting, purchasing/materials for the office.
