Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Serve as the main coordinator and spokesman to the hotel owner, suppliers, and other partners
2. Manage the concept creation, program development, design coordination, and project control processes of our hotels under development
3. Play a significant role in the creation and execution of our new brands under development

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in hospitality and project management
2. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required
3. Experience in architecture or design is preferred
4. Capacity to work independently and as part of a collegial team
5. Ability to embrace chaos while maintaining a positive attitude
